We met Evgeny at an "Open House" back in 2005. It was quickly apparent that he was unlike the dozens of other pushy Realtors that we had encountered. He quickly proved that his quiet demeanor was anything but. He actually "listened to what we were looking for" and quickly emailed us several listings that were right on point. In a short time, he found us the "Dream House" that we had been searching for. This house was a "For Sale By Owner", how many Realtor's would even bother to show this type of listing? Evgeny is a breakout Realtor among a sea of ordinary agents. Call him now....Don't let him get away!

Dear Mr. Higashi,

Please find enclosed with this letter your “client questionnaire” regarding our agent, Dr. Evgeny Dafner (R). As I indicated in your survey Evgeny is an exceptional agent and has a wonderful serene quality about him. In buying and selling approximately 20 properties over the years I have found only one other agent (in California) that I have enjoyed working with as much as Evgeny.

We met Evgeny several years ago sitting an open house and knew right away that he was a sincere and genuine person. He found us a wonderful estate in Pupukea a couple of years ago as part of a 1031 exchange. We had looked at many properties but I think he knew as soon as he saw this particular estate that it was exactly what we had been searching for. He has a great sense about his clients needs and doesn’t waste time showing properties of little or no interest.

When we met Evgeny we were building a spec house on the beach in Kaaawa, we were under pressure to complete it before the closing deadline. Evgeny came over on several occasions to offer his assistance in doing whatever he could to help us, even though the sale was not his listing. This is the sign of not a good agent but a “great agent” and a good friend. His loyalty and efforts prompted us to part from our agent of 15 years and go 100% with him. We have supported him in his move from Caldwell Banker Pacific Properties and continue to support him in his work with Prudential Location, LLC. I have only been on the island a few months but decided I wanted to buy a Condo. The market here in Hawaii is quite different than what I'm used to on the mainland and one can easily get lost among the myriad of new terms and practices that are unique to Hawaiian Real Estate. I found Evgeny to very knowledgeable about the local market and especially the nuances of buying property here. With his expert guidance I was able to find a place that I am quite please with. He guided me through all the new practices and helped me avoid some pitfalls and mistakes I surely would have made on my own. I am very pleased to have worked with him and would definitely do so again.
